同時,ST M27C512金屬晶體就是依靠各正離子與公有的自由電子間的相互引力而結合起來的,而離子與離子間以及電子與電子間的斥力則與這種引力相平衡,使金屬處于穩(wěn)定的晶體狀態(tài)。金屬原子的這種結合方式稱為“金屬鍵”。范性形變引起原子結合鍵的變化和原子間的距離增大, 也對電阻率有影響。
通過上文論述可知范性形變使晶體點陣發(fā)生了改變,造成電場不均勻性,導致電子波散射增加。范性形變程度越大,電子散射幾率越大,電子散射幾率越大,電阻率也越大。同時,范性形使金屬原子間距及結合鍵發(fā)生改變,從而導致電阻率有所變化。
3.2.2 溫度對電阻率的影響
溫度越高, 電子的振功越強烈, 電子也越容易被散射,電子散射率增大,電阻率也增大。
3.3 幾何形變對電阻的影響
定義:由電阻定律可知,影響電阻變化的主要有電阻率、導體橫截面積和導體長度,我們把導體橫截與導體長度之比稱為幾何形變。由熱脹冷縮原理可知,溫度對材料的幾何形變有影響[6]。
當試件與電阻絲材料的線膨脹系數(shù)相同時[6],不論環(huán)境溫度如何變化,電阻絲的變形仍和自由狀態(tài)一樣 , 不會產(chǎn)生附加變形。當試件和電阻絲線膨脹系數(shù)不同時 , 由于環(huán)境溫度的變化 , 電阻絲會產(chǎn)生附加變形 , 從而產(chǎn)生附加電阻。
3.4 影響應變式傳感器穩(wěn)定性原因總結
通過上面論述可知,影響應變傳感器穩(wěn)定性的主要因素是溫度,范性形變,幾何形變。溫度的變化引起應變片電阻率變化及幾何形變,從而導致應變傳感器零輸出時的漂移。范性形變改變了電阻率,導致電阻值改變。在應變片使用中,粘貼方法,殘余應力等產(chǎn)生應變片的幾何形變。
